I have nothing but praise for Dr. Steven Jackson and his entire staff. I've had both knees replaced in the last year. I am recovering nicely and walking without a cane. You guys rock!!! I've had nothing but positive experiences in every department I've visited at Western Reserve. Thanks to Dr. Greg Hill for referring me to Dr. Jackson. I heartily endorse Western Reserve Hospital!!!

Dr Jackson is a wonderful doctor, he’s always kind and understanding and spent whatever time you needed for doctor appointments, and not being in a hurry. He Also did both my knee replacements , and I feel better now than I have in a very long time. The staff also is very kind and polite. Anytime I call. I appreciate them all very much
