I love Dr. Jackson he is great but his office staff needs to be more efficient. I had an appointment for 11:15 a.m. and they said be there by 11:00 a.m. which I did. When I checked in with the receptionist she told me it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait. I work during the day so I was going on my lunch hour. When I told her that I could not wait she told me the next available appoint was in December which in my eyes was totally unacceptable. I told her I would find another doctor. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Steven Jackson and his entire staff. I've had both knees replaced in the last year. I am recovering nicely and walking without a cane. You guys rock!!! I've had nothing but positive experiences in every department I've visited at Western Reserve. Thanks to Dr. Greg Hill for referring me to Dr. Jackson. I heartily endorse Western Reserve Hospital!!!

Dr Jackson is a wonderful doctor, he’s always kind and understanding and spent whatever time you needed for doctor appointments, and not being in a hurry. He Also did both my knee replacements , and I feel better now than I have in a very long time. The staff also is very kind and polite. Anytime I call. I appreciate them all very much
