This man who calls himself a doctor, cursed out my wife multiple times on the phone for a "non payment" issue. Not only did the "service" he provided do nothing for us but we hit our deductible well before the visit so BCBS was going to cover it in full. Mr. Abern never turned in the bill to BCBS like he said he would, and in turn sent us to collections. The bill has since been paid like we discussed yet our credit report was still hit. There is a reason he has to answer his own phone.
