I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Wonderful staff saw my daughter struggling to get to the front door on her crutches and came running out with a wheelchair and saved the day. I thought that was just wonderful! Couldn't tell me why my daughter was in pain in her back and leg, but sent me for MRI's and gave me a referral to a pediatric ortho. Would have given 5 stars if I left with more direction as to what could be going on.
