Did you ever have a hero? I don’t mean the kind of hero we had as kids, like Superman and Batman, but a real live hero. Dr. Leers is my superhero. He is one of the most competent, caring, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. He is truly a gem. Right now, he is actively “watching” my carotid artery condition. I cannot see myself putting my health care in the hands of any other surgeon. I feel so comfortable with him “on the job”!
