Very thorough. Communications are clear and concise.
It is always nerve wracking to go to the doctor. However, Dr. Josephson calm & professional demeanor always relieves my anxiety. He takes his time & explains everything throughly. I travel all the way from Alaska to see this doctor!
He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and just all around great! I moved here 6 months ago and needed to find a doctor for my UC. I'm so lucky and grateful to have found him. He has gone to bat for me with my insurance and has provided a treatment that I am hopeful for.
Great experience all around. He asked also if my experiences with his staff was good too. His PA Colleen was great by the way too. My General Dr. uses Dr. Josephson and that is who I wanted to use too and had great confidence in him.
Dr Josephson did my colonoscopy. I had been putting it off for a # of yrs for the same reasons that most people do. I had never met Dr. Josephson & was very apprehensive expecting that the 1st time that I would meet him would be in the room with him behind a mask. This was not the case. He stopped by to visit with me before I went in and took the time to answer all of my questions & definitely put me at ease. All of his staff were extremely courteous & professional. Glad he was the one to do it.
Dr. Josephson was simply amazing. He was very thorough and spent quality time with me. I was very nervous as I recently relocated from NJ and had to find a new Gastro Dr and I feel like I hit the jackpot. His bedside manner is awesome, he's very knowledgeable and informative, and he really calmed my nerves the moment he began to go over everything. A very gentle Dr. and clearly cares about the wellbeing of his patients.
He is a great MD, he truly is but his staff drops the ball on things. You really need to be active in following up in your care because they may forget to do important things. I hate that this is so because Dr. Josephson is a great MD and listens to you and explains things great!
Dr. Josephson is a great doctor. Very caring and a very nice man.
Dr. Josephson is the best doctor I've ever worked with. He's patient, understanding and very clear with his plan for care. Highly recommend him.
