First of all they don’t take secondary insurance. When I was sent home to Chicago for a surger first they never contacted the referral Doctor to discuss my situation and the first Doctor didn’t even take my insurance. Every other Doctor I have dealt with would make arrangements for the referral. So I had to do it myself. Had multiple appointments at his office but never seen the guy. The last 2 they brought me in to tell me something I already knew and then scheduled me again, then repeat. Literally no help at all and a waste of money... so I'll be going elsewhere.
Nearly impossible to see him personally. Doesn’t return phone calls. My daughter had an emergency after a procedure he did and he was paged several times. 3 days later and he has yet to return the phone call. Office staff and nurses were just as unhelpful.
Horrible arrogant only cares about his nurse Kayla avoid him like the plague the women that work in that office are rude and disrespectful to men
Dr Chung recently performed laser surgery on my prostate. If you wish to be treated like a number with MINIMAL face time and extreme pain inflicted on you , this is your man. After surgery I inquired about post op pain, meds and was told NO I don't need ANY. I returned the next day as directed for catheter removal and the collection bag was full of blood and the nurse told another nurse it was fine and never spoke to the Dr. I bled for 3 days and in great pain. Terrible, terrible, terrible your staff Jennifer is beyond rude, uncaring & should work with the public. Wouldn't recommend a enemy to this office.
Dr. Chung is very polite and personable. He cured me of my cancer. I am very thankful to have him in a small town.
Would not take my dog to him!
My husband was charged for tests that were never done by Dr. Chung. Rude and argrumentative staff. No urine was ever collected but we were charged for 2 different types of urine tests.
