There is nothing that should be changed. I am 57 years old and have never had a more pleasant experience at a dentist office than this. From the moment we walked in until we left - it was amazing. Dr. Marsh came out and greeted us while in the waiting room then we were given a tour of the facility. I have never had a dentist sit down to explain things the way that he did. Dr. Marsh is an excellent dentist! I wish I lived a bit closer so I could use him as my regular dentist. I also appreciated Traci's skill, expertise, and friendly personality. As always, it was a pleasure visiting your office. I always feel welcome there and know I will receive great care. Thank you again for seeing me on such short notice and communicating with me about my issue over the weekend. You are truly the best, Dr. Marsh!
I do not like to have my gum line measured. It is very uncomfortable and in the end, what would be changed?
As a regular 7:15AM appointment taker, I would really appreciate being taken at 7:15 versus closer to 7:30AM. I know you have a morning meeting and if that often runs past 7:15, then perhaps the first appointment time needs to be 7:30AM. Thanks for asking!

Everyone in the office is very cordial, polite, and positive. There really is nothing needed to be done to make my appointments any more enjoyable. How many people use the word enjoyable when talking about a visit to the dentist!!
