Excellent treatment! Everyone is thorough and explains every step. I feel like the staff truly cares about me and my oral health.
Although not really an emergency, losing a crown when a newbie on new antidote-less blood thinners is a bit scary as the blood thinner is a relatively new one, and has no easily available antidote. Where cutting tissue that grows to protect the lost crown in no big deal, it can be a big deal to one who is a bleeder. I am very pleased at how quick I got in to see Dr. Marsh when I lost a crown. As I age, I tend to lose both newer and older crowns.
It was evident from my first appointment with you and your wonderful staff, that you were all there to try to help each and every patient as if they were a member of your family. Your concern for your patient's well being is real! The follow-up after each visit, after a procedure that same evening/day is a rarity. You run your office as physicians did in the past; with a true concern for the patient as an individual, and as previously noted, a member of your family. I always have a great time at Dr. Marsh's office. Debby did my cleaning and was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Marsh is always friendly and gracious. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and helpful. Just a wonderful staff that helps Dr. Marsh. Also, I love the coffee and snack counter in the waiting area.
