RecommendedOutstanding service from dr. Jennifer Steckenrider today. She was thorough and listened compassionately to my dry eye concerns and came up with detailed plan for treatment. In the past I had also received referral to retinal specialist for condition I had no recollection of. Dr. Steckenrider did dilate eyes and located exact spot of problem and explained possibility of risks etc. she also provided information regarding medicine interactions and practical interventions to improve condition. Safety first. Got my glasses for driving. Want to thank Dr. Steve Jacobs, Optometrist, and his staff for outstanding service when I needed new Rx lenses. They worked with me to get my glasses back to me in time for a road trip on very short time frame and would have made temporary ones if necessary.
