Dr. Marshall is awful. Overlake generally has great staff but tou'd be better off requesting someone else. Blatant disregard for hospital rules and policies. I wouldn't trust him with my treatment and you shouldn't either. Someone with his level of experience shouldn't make so many mistakes. He could also stand to be more amicable.
My experience with Dr.Marshall was completely a nightmare and unpleasant with his treatment and his staff. I did feel I am being discriminated by my race and my skin. He is completely careless about my condition and of course my well-being during my time at the emergency room. If there is a 0 star, I'd leave it on here.
