In 2010 or 2011, I went to a free 1st appointment (as advertised on the billboard out by the highway) with Dr. Stein because I had no insurance or cash, & my wisdom teeth were turning & jabbing into the nerves in my jaw. I was in extraordinary pain. I did not want painkillers, but maybe a script for Amoxicillin if I had an infection, because I could get it filled for free at Publix.
