Dr. Chen, Sara, Elena and his entire staff are fantastic. They are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Chen spent time with me and was able to communicate what he thought was best. I highly recommend him and his team. They are the best in the Bay Area.

I visited this medical office and found the facility itself to be quite good. However, the service over the phone was very disappointing. The representative was rude and unhelpful, offering minimal information and simply telling me to “double-check” everything myself. It made me question the point of calling or asking for guidelines.

I am an elderly female with cancer. After extensive surgery to remove the cancer, followed by 5 months of chemotherapy, and 8 months of bed rest, I developed an excruciating shoulder pain. I was having some shoulder pain and went to see Dr. Chen. He had great online reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I never felt rushed and left knowing what the problem was. We had a clear treatment plan. I’m feeling better already and wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to friends and family for sports medicine injuries.

I had a great experience with Dr Chen and his referral. 2 months ago I entered his facility with some significant shoulder pain. He spent significant time with me asking me questions about the pain, mobility, lifestyle, goals, etc. Then he provided me a treatment plan that included PT that worked. I would highly recommend him and his practice.
