No one ever wants to get dental implants, but if you must, go to Dr. Shepherd. I was previously told by a dentist that I should have a root canal on this particular tooth, which would affect other healthy teeth. Great dentist with a caring manner. Always takes the more conversative approach
Dr. Shepherd has a very calm effect. He did an excellent job and I had very little pain. My recovery time was short as well. I would definately recommend him toothers.
I had one implant work done by Dr. Shepherd, and the result and procedure had been more than I expected. Dr. Shepherd and the entire staff are very professional and delivers a very high quality work. I have a high degree of confidence and would recommend him without any hesitation. In my observation through one implant, I could see his work pursues the highest quality and no compromise. I couldn't have asked for more. Dr. Shepard did a great job with my implant. Dr. Shepard is one of those rare finds in a Dr. That goes out of his way and takes pride in his work! His staff couldn't have been more courteous and helpful.
Dr. Shepherd did 3 implants for me and they are wonderful! I feel like I have new teeth. The procedure itself was surprisingly easy. I shouldn't have waited and I shouldn't have been afraid. I would encourage anyone to seek out this Doctor for implants and surgery. He is the best!
EXTRAORDINARY!!! Absolutely no pain. All my anxiety was a complete waste of time. The anesthetic and IV had time pass unnoticed. I walked out & had no problems. No swelling. No bruising. No numbness. Not even as bad as the local anthestic my regular dentist uses for a sensitive filling. I never took a single pain pill afterwards, and I had this done 3 days ago. I really like Dr. Shepherd. He took good care of me. He was always on time so I didn't have to wait. I got a good result and did not suffer any pain with the treatment that I needed.
He is the best.. He never has a patient do more then what is necessary. he is extremely laid back and goes the extra mile.
