Encountered Dr. Neumann in the ER yesterday. Horrible bedside manner. He was cocky and arrogant. Kept telling me I wasn't sick enough to be admitted after 29 days of sickness and 15 lbs of weight loss. I should go home and treat with over the counter pills and wait another 20 days to see a GI doctor. He was rude when I asked to be admitted and said everyone would look at my chart and agree with him that "I just wasn't sick enough." I have never met a Dr with such a bad bedside manner. He is a passive aggressive a hole. You would think with nothing but bad reviews BSA would change their dr. The nurses were great as always. My mother told a nurse to tell him he has a bad bed side manner and she was told nothing could be done since he’s the supervisor. Very apparent they all know how he is.
Just encountered this doctor and I have to say he has the worst bed side manners I’ve ever seen. My husband blacked out due to having a severe migraine for the past four weeks and this doctor did not do anything, he basically told my husband to leave ER and go see a Pain management doctor. This doctor is horrible. Never have I been to an ER for a fall and nothing is done. Absolutely nothing. BSA really needs to review who they have as doctors taking care of patients.
He is one of the most arrogant, rude doctors I have ever experienced. He doesn’t even deserve one star. Will not ever go back to BSA if it is within my control.
