Dr. Nelson is an excellent surgeon. I had such a wonderful experience and recivery with my total knee replacement. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Nelson was great. Informative and honest. I appreciated that. Receptionist was nice. Now, that XRay techs behavior was absolutely unacceptable! I think there's 2 and it's the taller one. That girl called my name from the receptionist area and said to me, GO IN THERE. WE'RE GONNA TAKE AN XRAY! NASTY, JUST LIKE THAT! If I was a lesser woman I probably wouldve cursed her out, but I maintained my composure. Now, I'LL ALSO say that she was quick and efficient. SHE KNOWS HER JOB VERY WELL.
