Dr. Greenhouse was rude and disrespectful to me. He had no sense to talk to patient n their family.

I've been with Shady Grove and Dr. Greenhouse for about 6 months. As a healthcare provider, I'm impressed beyond words with Shady Grove (especially the FairOaks office). They are incredibly busy and see thousands of patients, but it never fails the front desk knows my name as do the rest of the staff. They are busy and you do not see your main MD every time (and there is no need to for minor monitoring appointments). I was referred to Shady Grove from Kaiser and after reading some reviews I was a bit nervous. This is why I am writing this review. My experience with Dr. Greenhouse and Shady Grove has been great. He is very kind, informative and very prompt in replying to any questions you have. The Fair Oaks staff is amazing! Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly and professional. Dr. Greenhouse walked us through the entire fertility treatment process. He has been very good about communicating and explaining everything, and providing us with knowledgeable insight about the best options. It's been very comforting to know that I have a dedicated doctor throughout the entire process who is familiar with my situation and seems to care about the outcome.
I think Dr Greenhouse is okay but the whole system at SGF is crazy. We were given wrong info by our nurse and lost a whole cycle, and the billing dept is run by the rudest people ever.
Run while you still can. I wish we didn't waste our time, tears and money with Greenhouse and Shady. No personal service or treatment. I saw Greenhouse 3X out of 20 visits and he was my main doctor. The place is a machine. We left Greenhouse and Shady - went to a smaller practice and got personalize treatment - we now have a 5 month old!
I love Dr. Greenhouse. He is kind, gentle, and always answered our questions, despite being busy. He helped us achieve our pregnancy on the second IUI. I would highly recommend Dr. Greenhouse to anyone.
