Staff is very rude. Called yesterday about a surgical clearance and Jacqueline was rude and said that she sent it on the 2nd at 1:14pm. I couldn’t get a worded in to see if she could refax it but she told me that and rushed me off the phone. Called to see if they’ve recived a surgical clearance Today (4/7) from my office that I work at, and Jacqueline the staff got on the phone and said she still haven’t received it yet in a very annoyed tone, and rushed manner.
