I would give Dr. Nelson a zero rating if I could. I should have brought child abuse charges against him. When my children were very, very young technology wasn't what it is today. Now I can post my terrifying experience with Dr. Nelson in relation to my son. The first and only office visit with my daughter and son, note my son was later diagnosed with ADHD.
