I have been a patient for at least 30 years. All of my family, husband, father and children were patients as well. We have found Dr. Franklin to be helpful, patient, knowledgeable and caring as a doctor and a surgeon. The facility and staff are great! The surgery center is very good and staff there are helpful and considerate. I cannot recommend Dr. Franklin highly enough.
Crystal clearly thinks very highly of herself, and why shouldn't she? Even though she is just the surgery scheduler, Dr. Stephen Franklin lets her run the place, to the point that she even does the eye exams all by herself. When I raised questions, I was told, 'she JUST does the measurements' for cataract surgery. JUST??? That's the most critical part. I had cataract surgery. Dr Franklin is awesome! He makes you feel at ease. Explains everything well. He even called to see how I was doing the evening of my surgery! I trust him completely. He doesn’t make you feel (stupid) for asking any questions or make you feel like it’s not important.
So very kind and helpful. My grandfather came in due to loss of vison. Diagnosed with cataracts but before we moved further with that, he was to go straight to the ER per Dr. Franklin. He had 3 blockages and was fixing to have a heart attack. Wonderful doctor!!!!
I WAS ABSOLUTELY SCARED TO DEATH OF HAVING CATARACT SURGERY. DR. FRANKLIN PUT ME AT EASE, USING HIS KIND, MILD MANNER AND THE SURGERY WAS OVER IN A FLASH! H IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND READILY ANSWERS ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS ONE MAY HAVE. THEIR STAFF IS WONDERFUL!
He's a great doctor and a wonderful, caring human being.
