Called to make an appointment for a neuro diverse adult and the woman who answered the phone was nothing but rude.Now I had previously heard this about this woman but figured maybe she had a bad day but my experience was just as unprofessional and rude.If you don't like your job find a new one!
After a filling my tooth became painful a month later
I attempted to call several times to express our concerns, but no one ever answered. So, after my 12 y.o. daughter's 6 mos cleaning today (has braces since Mar 2025 and was told her mouth, gums and teeth look really good), I noticed she had tears in her eyes on the ride home. Asking if she was okay, she shared that the dental hygienist was really rough with her... poking hard at her gums, pressing on her lip against her braces, and pulling on her brace wire with the cleaning tool. Dr Hoffman has large shoes to fill but Dr Brodsky has stepped up. She is very gentle and caring. An overall asset to the practice.
Well, they charged me $266 for X-rays after I already gave them my concerns. They can with a plan, that will cost more than 2 sets of plates and I’ll still have gaps in my teeth and the obvi, they’ll continue to shift. So much for my body my choice!!! But in 20 years from now that I PROMISE I won’t make they will fit me good with a plate!! My body dental works choice! so I’ll do what ever lack of respecting adult wiould do and allow them to continually infect my face til they have no choice!! Great times for me .
