They have really great customer service here. Dr. Mahoney always puts his patients first, regardless of the situation. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was, saved me a trip to downtown and best of all free parking. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. No. I still haven't talked to them. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect
Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Yes
Dr. Mahoney gives me the best Botox results I have ever seen! I get Botox between my eyebrows and for my crow's feet. He injects just the right amount so I still am able to make expressions and I don't get headaches like I used with my previous dermatologist. Another great bonus is that the results last alot longer, my Botox lasts 3 1/2 months. His staff is also very nice, they are respectful of your privacy and are always courteous when addressing me. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions.
