Well, if this is the right Dr. I believe he saved my life so i am extremely grateful. Hi my name is Marcus Lee Armstrong, I am 34 yrs. old and thanx to Dr. Jacobs. When i only 10 or 11 months old i had Spinal Meningitis, It is my understanding i passed a number of times but Dr. Jacobs was able to revive me. I would like personally thank Dr. Jacobs however it is extremely difficult to contact him. He is listed here as a Keiser Dr. yet when i call they say there is no Dr. Stephen Jacobs there.
