Dr.was fine.,but the rude,unprofessional interaction by the front office women (appointment scheduler) ruined my experience and my chances to receive care from doctor.Her bullying is going under the radar in that office!
Dr Sandoval explained to me a that I had a torn tendon and told me he would not operate on me because of my medical history of vascular problems. He was rude and did not offer any other suggestions or alternate therapies. He told me my condition was bad and dismissed me with callous disdain. I felt his opinion was based on the type of insurance I had to offer and if it had been something better than a Medicare Advantage plan his entire approach would have been different. Money and ethics.
I will not recommend this doctor to anyone, he was rude and treated us like we were stupid. He didn't answer any questions that I had.
I've had been dealing with elbow pain for almost 6 months. Dr. Sandoval gave me a shot in the elbow and 3 days later...no pain! Thank you sir!
I have been going to Dr. Sandoval for years and the office staff that he has now is the best he's ever had!! Shannon is so caring and Heather is compassionate. I hope he never loses these two ladies!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sandoval. He and his staff are 1st rate. Excellent physician and an excellent people all around.
Dr. Sandoval was very friendly and he explained things in great terms which I could understand. He gave me several different options which I can try to see if it would help me. The office staff was very nice.
