He's been retired for several years! no longer there
I would give Dr. Ross 5 stars. He's thorough and personable. The front office staff is another story. They never actually answer the phone when you call. I work in a medical office so I understand this isn't always possible. But I NEVER get a call back after one attempt. It normally takes at least 3. And well over a week. Thinking of switching for this reason.
