This doctor was businesslike but friendly, explained the procedures clearly. My complaint is with the staff---the difficulty in scheduling an appt., the LONG waits in the cold waiting room, referral to a network plastic surgeon who had no time for me, insulted my intelligence and expected me to submit to extensive surgery without question. Also additional co-pays for follow-ups not with the doctor but only 5 mins with a tech was unacceptable. I would recommend this doctor but not the office.
