Doc Augustine was very professional in seeing my grandmother about her shoulder. He treated her as if she was his mother. He wasn't chomping at the bit to perform surgery like others do. He advised us, if it was his mother, let her heal on its own. That right there is patient care in my book.
Dr Augustine himself is an amazing physician however dealing with the office manager is NOT and makes it not worth it to book an appointment and waste your time ESPECIALLY if your child is in need. We had an insurance issue and it was ME who had to keep calling and chasing and call the hospital and back and forth. Turns out this mom was right and when I got it all sorted for them, of course now they don’t want to admit it or help my child.
