So unprofessional. The staff won't tell you that it's cash/check ONLY before you come in. They don't care if you have fever,chills,body ache,headache,nausea, no exceptions. I waited 1 hour to be told I cannot be seen regardless if I was sick. I had my medical group call them several times and they didn't bother to answer. I was there. The $$$ is more important. Dr Newandee and his staff have been part of my family's health for 20 years. He has helped us through some major issues including thyroid, tumors, back surgery, down to sore throats and ear aches. He has always taken his time to discuss anything I needed during my visit and has referred my family to competent specialists and hospitals when needed. Don't ever go to this doctor. He is rude ,unprofessional, not well educated in the medical profession.
CAUTION!! This guy is very unprofessional and is hungry for money. I went in for prostate issue and he was very rude.. He started by squeezing my testicles and nearly crushed them, then he said he I had an infection and did a rectal exam by using hand sanitizer instead of jelly. A week later I'm still in pain...
He's a dimes for prescription type doctor. Pushes antidepressants. I have a thyroiditis begged several times to have all my levels test including T3 said its not needed I was just depressed. Went to a new doctor found out my levels were way off. My husband who is 29 had high cholesterol was recommend to take cholesterol meds instead of changing diet and working out. Dr. Stephen A. Newandee has been my Family Physician for over 25 years and is an Excellent Doctor. Very Knowledgeable and Concerned for his Patients. He does not rush you through your visit, he takes as much time as needed to hear your concerns and answer your questions. His Staff is excellent too, especially Christine, his R.N. Dr. Newandee is awesome. There wasnt a long wait. Dr. was very nice and very helpful. I have changed drs. five times and i have FINALLY found a great one.
Sorry but we've moved on from Dr. Newandee. Very impersonal, cares mostly about getting you in and out of there as quickly as possible, and with as many prescriptions as possible... usually fairly expensive meds as well. Since changing doctor, our prescription cost has gone down with about $100 a month. On the other hand, while trying to get pregnant, I asked whether I ought to change the blood pressure medication I was ccurrently on.
