I am dealing with a number of serious health issues and Dr McAskill andhis nurse were so compassionate to my situation
I have a great amount of confidence in Dr. McAskill and have known him for many years.
Dr McAskill and his team are the go- tos for my husband and me when it comes to any dermatological concerns, issues, or simple yearly screening. Prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, informative, caring, approachable, attentive and personable are all appropriate descriptors for everyone in the office. Thank you Dr McAskill for building such a great team And providing such great service!
While the Dr. Is nice enough...on three separate dates they have canceled my appointment within 24 hours. If I did that, they would charge me a fee! After the third time I gave up... I will not return to this office. That is just plain unreliable.
I was concerned about scab on neck that would not heal, and spot on my chest. Dr McAskill zapped the 2 areas with 'freeze technique.' They have healed.
I waited for over 35 minutes past my 'scheduled' appointment time to be called into a room. That in itself was upsetting, because I received over a half a dozen notices to be there at the given appointment time. I even showed up and signed in 15 minutes early. Once in the room, I explaining to the assistant the concerns I wanted him to look at, Dr. McAskill came in right away. He looked at one concern, attended to it and left abruptly.
