Wanted to love this new practice as much as I loved the old one with Dr. Loper, who had been my dentist for about 30 years. Let me also state that I'm not a whiner - my father was a dentist, and my sister a hygienist, so I'm no stranger to the environment. Will not go back! Worst experience. They didn't numb me good enough and when I said it was hurting They treated me like I was lying. I was very disappointed 😞
Dr. Sugg is the most thorough and compassionate dentist we have ever been to. She teaches and confidently treats her patients. We have learned so much about the importance of good dental care and have more confident smiles and better health because of her. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my dentist, Dr. Sugg, and her entire team. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, patience, and real professionalism. She takes the time to explain what’s going on, answers questions without rushing, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and cared for.
