Dr. Dickson is a very skilled dentist, but her office manager, Rhiki Scott has been absolutely awful. She is rude and unhelpful and makes calling the office even for a simple check up painful. We have complained to Dr. Dickson, but nothing changes. We are moving on to another practice because of this problem.
She was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought her staff was fabulous. Keep up the good work. You will be my dentist forever.
Dr. Dickson is a good dentist. We are happy with her service. But her female receptionist is a total nightmare. The cold and sarcastic manner in which we are treated is unacceptable and makes the whole process something we dread. After this last round, we are looking for a new provider.
very good dentist. lots of parking. staff is friendly. costs are low. they don't seem to try and sell you stuff you do not need or want.
