Beware and go here at your OWN risk! I initially called their billing department trying to resolve a bill. Yet I mind you, I've been calling them for the past month, leaving multiple messages, trying to reach someone. No one has ever contacted me back! Dr. Molden helped me and listened to me while having a great manner about her. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Stephanie and the entire team treated me with respect and one nurse assured me of the procedure as she had it done there, as well. It helped to have both the doctor's input and a patient's view. I looked a long time for a surgeon to treat my uterine/bladder prolapse. As a Registered Nurse of 40 years, I know my way around the block and can pick a "good one" almost by instinct. I traveled some distance to Dr. Molden, but it was well worth it. I was immediately at ease with her, loved the staff, and St. Mary's hospital where the subsequent surgery took place was wonderful. Dr Molden has given me my life back and I couldn’t be happier. I am doing really well now and highly recommend for prolapse surgery. The staff has always been caring and pleasant! They all helped to calm my fears bfore my surgery .
