Helped me so much with my debilitating medical issues, I feel like she actually listened and respected me as a patient; my family and I are so much better off specifically because of Dr. Lai's help over the years. Thank you so much for the treatments and referals.
The staff is so frustrating. I was supposed to start Accutane and went to do all my blood work and pregnancy tests. When I went in for my appointment they never told me when to pick up my prescription nor asked me where the prescription needed to be sent. I went to pick up my prescription, they didn’t have it. They are making me retake the pregnancy test and blood work. I have never been more frustrated.
Yes I'm R.Brown I have been seeing Dr Lai for quite some time now when you enter the office you are greeted with smiles from all of the staff members and when you have the pleasure to be seen bye Lai there's nothing else to be said she treats you with the utmost respect she doesn't rush you out of the office her bedside etiquette is one of the best experiences of my seeing a physician not to mention a specialist sometimes I just want to go by there and just greet the staff. I really appreciate her for taking care of my skin issues I have been dealing with my whole life.she was very nice and respectful and very helpful.i would recommend her to anyone that has a skin issues or anything else to the matter.
We will never go back! Treatments never worked. Staff is rude. She was so impersonal. They forget you have appointments even when you show them a card they wrote it on and won’t see you. Also, my son got stopped by a train on his way to his appointment today and was 6 minutes late arriving. They rudely told my wife he had to reschedule because he was more than 5 minutes late and “that’s just our policy”.
