She is a great RA doctor and does listen to my physical aches and ready to help me.
Great service
The lady taking my blood had her ear bud in- and was loud enough that I said something to her twice and she didn’t know it. She also missed my vein which is hard to do, and said it was because the vein split… so she had to do it again on the other arm. Not impressed or happy. Health care providers shouldn’t be listening to music during procedures with patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hennigan for a few years now. I have always been pleased with her and her staff. I now see Taylor Shepard and very much appreciate her listening skills and experience. The protocol they have selected for me helps to keep me in the best health. They are both valued healthcare partners in my opinion.
Dr Hennigan and her staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly. I’ve been going to her office for a couple of years and my arthritis (fortunately) has improved tremendously. She’s been great at diagnosis and treatment!!

I feel like the doctor listened to me when I voiced my concerns. Or about my meds. I really appreciate it that she doesn't try to push things I'm not willing to do.
