The customer service is the worse! I called to follow-up on my daughters visit yesterday, and I was placed on hold because the lady needed to look up the information then the phone hangs up. I call back for a long hold time, and the person who answered the phone couldn't answer my questions. Does your office not keep records on the computer? I will not be coming here again. I am switching back to the Sutter Hospital.
My son has been a patient at this office since we moved back from Los Angeles when he was 3 months old and he’ll be 7 in October. He sees a different doctor every time that we come for his appointments. Also since the very beginning the doctors during his appointments tell me that he’s healthy, and developing fine. I hate giving a review like this but I’ve honestly had it with the front office staff at this office. My kids have been going for years. They don’t like their job, don’t want to do their job, can’t be bothered to answer simple questions. They are so incredibly rude and unhelpful. This office needs a complete staff overhaul. The doctors we encounter when we can actually get an appointment are great. So there’s at least that.
