I came into do a physical for a sport the previous week and had been told to wait 7 business days in order for them to mail. Took our newborn daughter on a Monday. Went to pick up our prescription and it was never called in. Called CVS on Wednesday still hadn't been called in. Call the office and said they would send the provider (doctor) a message. Hours later still havent heard anything. Called again amd they said they hadn't heard from the provider. The office is like 5 rooms and the doctors literally walk right but the office staff every 30 minutes. Very bad office, front desk doesn’t know what’s going on, and the doctor yells at patients over the phone, very unprofessional office, also they never answer the phone doesn’t matter how many times you call
