The customer service is the worse! I called to follow-up on my daughters visit yesterday, and I was placed on hold because the lady needed to look up the information then the phone hangs up. I call back for a long hold time, and the person who answered the phone couldn't answer my questions. Does your office not keep records on the computer? I will not be coming here again. I am switching back to the Sutter Hospital.
My son has been a patient at this office since we moved back from Los Angeles when he was 3 months old and he’ll be 7 in October.
