Something weird going on- Called my son’s dad for an ER follow up, had my son’s full name and our names. There was no ER visit. When I called back, they said they had no record of him. Scammers.

I came into do a physical for a sport the previous week and had been told to wait 7 business days in order for them to mail. They suggested a quicker alternative for them to send it over fax to my school which would’ve taken by Monday this week the latest Tuesday. I called several times, and so had my father to check up on the status on it had not been sent over. Took our newborn daughter on a Monday. Went to pick up our prescription and it was never called in. Called CVS on Wednesday still hadn't been called in. Call the office and said they would send the provider (doctor) a message. Hours later still havent heard anything. Called again amd they said they hadn't heard from the provider. The office is like 5 rooms and the doctors literally walk right but the office staff every 30 minutes.
