Expensive and every time get another bill in the mail for "incidentals" and when I call for an explanation. The office staff is very rude and just tell me "you just need to pay it". After spending $10,000 in crowns, fillings, cleaning and incidentals one would think the customer service would be better.
Dr. Robertson and her staff are professional, yet friendly, and do not try to 'oversell' other products or services you do not need. When I have questions about procedures, whether cosmetic or medical, they are all knowledgeable with their information. Her office is equipped with the latest in dental technology and her staff is well-trained in using it. I do not have dental insurance, and feel that her fees are reasonable. I would highly recommended her practice for all ages.
Dr. Robertson is a very caring provider. She is thorough, explains everything and so thoughtful that she followed up with a personal phone call, in the evening after I visited her office with tooth pain, to make sure that I am doing ok. And Just like her, her staff is A-OK for knowledge, friendliness and overall performance! I am glad I chose her after my dentist that I used to go for 44 years passed away.
