My experience with the office staff has been difficult. I find them to be rude and they make you feel unwelcomed. I could be at the window and they know you are there and completely ignor you. I have experienced rolling of the eyes when trying to explain my situation. Very unprofessional staff You need a customer inservice course on how to interact with patients. It is ashame because I had a great experience with the Doctor but a horrible one with the staff. Will not be returning.
Writing this review makes me very sad. I was a patient of Dr. Knapps when I was young and my children were also patients of hers recently. We have had a relationship with this practice for over 30 years! However, the front office, particularly Kathy who is in charge, is horrific! They have been notoriously awful for decades but people put up with them because the doctors are wonderful however it’s starting to not be worth it. Amazing with my young children!!
Dr Knapp is wonderful! Before her my son was on steroids almost every month. He has been to chop doctors and st Chris doctors and neither came up with a treatment plan that helped much. Now that he has been a patient of dr knapp's he doesn't even have to take his inhaler everyday. She has literally changed his life. I highly recommend!
