I am very picky with OBGYN Drs. When I found out I was pregnant, Dr. Freeman was the first on my insurance list. When I went to the facility I knew for sure that, that was the place I wanted to go. The receptionists were nice and they greeted me when I walked through the door. Leah was the nurse that I would see during my pregnancy. When I met Dr. Freeman, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands with my pregnancy and delivery. I would recommend Empowered OBGYN.
Terrible follow-up!! Pharmacy is unable to fill prescriptions, needs clarification from Dr. on dosing. Pharmacy has left 4 messages and I have called, spoke to a receptionist once. No one at Empowered OBGYN is responding to the pharmacy or me. In the meantime, I am not able to get the medication I need. Tomorrow will be a week … shame on you !!!
