Terrible customer service! I don't know who answers the girls at the reception desk, but they don't even let you talk. Getting an appointment is a nightmare because they always raise their voices and are defensive. Please change your customer service staff, because this service is very poor. Dr. Stefano is GREAT, he really takes his time to talk to you and explain everything you need to know. He is very patient and kind. However, this review has 3 stars because of his front desk staff. His front desk always gives me a hard time when I call whether it is for an appointment or to ask about a result or follow up.
