My brother and I saw Dr Sinicropi on the 29th of January. After I looked at his notes and summary I was shocked by what I read. It was written in My Chart everywhere that he did an exam, and I was told he had my current information. I went there because I thought I would get answers to my questions. Unfortunately, he did not do an exam, nor did he contact my Primary Care Doctor or even request information on me. The information clearly said it was current information and received from my Clinic.
