Not good!!! This was the first time I seen this doctor, and he said that he didn't want to do the surgery and said that it wouldn't change anything!!!
Positive. Provider was compassionate, sensed the urgency of moving treatment along, took time to listen, gave clear explanation of option for treatment presented, flexible and adaptive at working around knee surgery that had already been scheduled.

This was the first time we met, and I was very pleased with his services.
He was one of the team that were part of the surgical team he was very aware of my condition my experiences that I had gone through and was very helpful if it wasn't for that tinh I would either not be here today or not have a leg.

Intake nurse annoyed and dismissive Check out receptionist was wonderful. She helped my quite a bit with what to expect with a procedure I was scheduling and when I asked about compression stockings she seemed surprised that they didn't inform me of options. Also, in my MyChart visit summary they listed many things that were never discussed or touched on whatsoever. I lost all trust in this provider after that and asked to go to another location for the test and results.
Provider went over my test results and advised me of the different ways of treating my condition with the pros and cons of each option.
