Update: Dr Teng is still a good doctor. Unfortunately, she got married and moved to Houston. So now they have a good doctor. 😉 Dr. Teng was recommended to my husband and I after the unfortunate passing of another doctor in the practice whom we had really respected as a great doctor. I went to see her for a follow-up visit after being hospitalized for pneumonia. I like her quite a bit. She's very straightforward and doesn't talk down to us. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that's all doctor's. She takes the time needed for you. I have been a patient for years. Sometimes I am in for 5 min. or 20, depending on my needs. To the review above. You lost out, because she is an awesome doctor.
I was referred to by Dr. Teng by my Doctor of 25 years. She postponed my appointment once and then on our first appointment left me sitting in a room for 30 minutes. Her reason was that she "Was busy and she could see me now or I could find another Doctor". I chose to find another Doctor. I think Doctors should treat their patients with the same respect they are shown by their patients.
A past patient of Dr. Banerjee’s. With ADC for over 8 years. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR...DR. TENG, took over my care after Dr. Banerjee past for 3 years. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR. All she does is prescribe medication and does not listen to your serious concerns. I complained for 2 years about issues, I asked for an MRI, repeatedly, she prescribed more medication. Dr. Teng is a fabulous physician. She is clinically astute and REALLY cares about her patients. I have sold pharmaceuticals for 30 years. I know a variety of physicians. The good, the bad and the ugly. She is one of the best!
