Absolutely the best neurologist! I've seen multiple neurologists for a somewhat rare condition that I have. Dr. Sollenberger is the only one who has been able to help me manage the pain. I feel heard when I have appointments and the staff is very kind. I recommend this Dr. to anyone who needs to see a neurologist!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. Dr was rude loud and obnoxious not helpful would ask question and not let you answer.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
