The staff is VERY friendly and explained my medical treatment very well. The staff listened to and answered all of my questions. The wait time was under five minutes to get to the back. I would highly recommend Dr. Sisk!

I went to the office today for a teeth cleaning and after filling out 5 pages of paperwork I was told that if I refused to give them my Social Security number that they would not see me. I told the young lady assisting me that I was paying cash and that my social security information was not going to be given to her and asked why they requested it. She stated to prove identity. I am getting my teeth cleaned not applying for a position of employment.
