My spouse and I have been going here for years and during the covid-19 crisis, the office staff wasn't answering the phones or returning calls. I called to reschedule an appt and was billed a no show fee when I called several days in advance of my appt. Heather the office manager was very rude, condescending and not helpful at all! For this reason, we will take our business elsewhere. The office staff need more training in customer service!
I would highly recommend Dr. Schulman to family and friends. He and his staff are skilled professionals who provide quality dental care. I would also like to change my next appointment scheduled for Thursday, September 24th at 10:30 to Friday, October 30th anytime between 10:00 and 11:30 am. Dr. Schulman is very polite and kind, for that reason ONLY I continue to come to this office. The front office staff on the other hand is a different story. I just had a very confrontational person not only snapping at me but when I walked away from her she followed me and continued to yell out at me. She should be working with people. That will NOT happen again
One your staff call me on December 7 2017 yelling on phone have my coworker around me about my insurance I was so upset I call back about two week later then when I call back ask how much it cost get my crown told me I write it out I want a copy then they say wait till January 2
Do not go here unless you want to be condescended to, humilated, dismissed and back over and over to fix his work. He needs to stop being a dentist. Do not bring your kids either. If he can make adults cry, certainly do not bring your child. Mine is ruined for life with dentists because of this office.
