Dr. Arellano and staff are very good at what they do. They provide frequent reminders leading up to appointments and often will ask if you want to take earlier timeslots if availability appears before your listed appointment. I've never had to wait for longer than a few minutes before being brought in to my appointment, which is the #1 thing I don't see in other dentistry offices. Our family started to go to Dr. Arellano shortly after moving to Elk Grove about 18 years ago. He and his staff have consistently provided great service and superb care. That has included my daughter from childhood through college and my first root canal and crown. He and the other dentists are personable, professional and accommodating.
