Dr. Downs provided an incredibly unprofessional experience, and I do not trust him as a doctor. Beyond providing poor care, their office explicitly allows (practically encourages) bringing guns on site (I'm serious!), yet explicitly disallows perfume. Their priorities are disappointing and not representative of a doctor who is providing a positive mental health care experience.
