Absolutely fantastic work by Dr. Ballard and his assistant Andi. I had virtually no pain at all after the procedure and very very mild pain when he put in the anaesthetic. Otherwise, always comfortable and good. I was quite anxious about the root canal but everything turned out great. I will say that the office staff in the front needs to be improved. I never got the paperwork to fill out ahead of time or a confirmation for the appointment and the report sent to my regular dentist was incorrect. I highly recommend Dr. Ballar... read more
Pregnant wife needed a root canal, and was taken care of by Dr. Ballard. Great communication and pt care following procedure. Service provided shows they care.
I was referred to Dr. Ballard for a root canal. The root canal was complicated because I have TMJ/locked jaw, and he had a very small space in which to work. He did a great job… quick, thorough. He is the best of the best! He and his staff are courteous, professional and thoughtful. I highly recommend Dr. Ballard’s office to anyone needing a root canal.
Dr Ballard and his staff are the best. He tackles the difficult root canal and comes out on top! Cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. They can not be beat.
