Because of Dr. Davis' neglegent staff and herself, my daughter was not allowed to enroll in school. It is May 2011 and no one has entered ANY shot records into the GRIT system for my daughter since July 2009. This is just one of MANY unreliable instances in this office. There is never a doctor on call and Dr. Davis is only in the office about once a week.
