They were professional and courteous, however the cost for the glasses were 3 times the amount I had originally paid, and when I went to a different t competitor even out of insurance network it was significantly cheaper.
Dr. Todd and the staff at Pearle Vision were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Dr. Todd took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. The entire team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

The doctor was nice but I checked before going to see what my plan covers and along with pearl being an in network provider. They told me I had over a $230 allowance for my glasses plus I new I had a $10 copay the glasses I picked was at $200 because of course they didn’t have anything for less. When they gave me my total at the end of the visit I was told I had a balance for over $200 and I asked why and they said 75$ fitting fee for contacts which I didn’t understand considering I purchased contacts before for pearl but th... read more
