Front desk staff was rude, uncaring, and unhelpful. Avoid this practice if possible.
We discontinued care for our toddler due to the incompetent administration of the doctor's front office. There have been numerous personnel changes in support staff and this has affected the quality of care. One tech in particular did not mail the results of a lead test out and the sample was ruined, which resulted in us doing the procedure again.
